My MSI Katana 17hx b14wgk laptop's screen flickers and goes black when I unplug it. This happens when the battery is set to 240Hz, but the problem resolves when I enable screen power saving mode through MSI Center. Does anyone know the reason for this? Should I send it to service? (Note: There is no problem when the screen is set to 60Hz)
I've enabled automatic refresh rate, but it switches to 60Hz when unplugged, and 240Hz when plugged in, and I haven't encountered this problem. Some people who have experienced this issue say that the battery isn't powerful enough for the 240Hz refresh rate, and I think they're right. What do you think?
I experience this problem more often with the Game Ready driver, but it's more stable with the Nvidia Studio driver.

I think you are talking about the display power saver feature, the refresh rate of the screen will switch to 60Hz when unplugging the adapter to save battery power.

Ekran güç tasarrufu özelliğinden bahsettiğinizi düşünüyorum, pil gücünden tasarruf etmek için adaptörün fişini çekerken ekranın yenileme hızı 60Hz'e geçecektir.
That's not what I'm talking about, there are lines appearing on the screen.
