Led button not work

Hi guys, I recently bought an msi gungnir 110m and combined it with an B450 pro max 2 motherboard but the led button does not work for me and the upper usb does not work either. The MSI mystic light software does not recognize the front fans. I need help.

I am actually experiencing the exact same issue.

My front case fans light up and are a mix of Green/Purple/Blue, but when I press the LED button on the case that is supposed to have presets to change the fan colours nothing happens. I've checked the LED SW cable coming from the front IO, and I've plugged it in correctly positive to positive on the motherboard, I've even tried flipping it, but no change. I have it plugged in to the pin labelled for HDD LED which I've read is where it's supposed to go, unless there is another place in mind.

I am using the MSI X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi motherboard.

Well, what has this to do with the mainboard? Seems it depends on your case and fans. What is msi of that,
