LED indicators not working after firmware

Hello MSI Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my MSI RadiX AXE6600 router regarding the LED indicators.
Description of the issue:
All LED indicators (Power, Internet, LAN, etc.) remain turned off during normal operation.
When I power on the router, all LEDs briefly light up for about one second during startup, and then turn off completely and do not turn back on.
The router itself works normally (Wi-Fi, internet connection, routing functions are all working correctly).
What I have already tried:
Power cycling the router (unplugged from power for more than 1 minute).
Factory reset using the reset button.
Installed firmware version 692763, then upgraded to 753336.
Performed factory reset again after firmware updates.
Checked all available LED / indicator settings in the web interface and toggled them on and off.
None of the above actions resolved the issue.
Additional observations:
During power-on, all LEDs briefly light up, which indicates that the LEDs themselves are functional.
The LED OFF button indicator remains lit.
When I press the LED OFF button, its indicator turns off, but the other LEDs remain off as well.
Enabling or disabling LED options via the web interface does not change the behavior.
This suggests that the LED controller state may be stuck or disabled at the firmware or controller level.
Im attach photo.

Request:
Could you please advise whether this is:
a known firmware issue,
a known LED controller state problem,
or a hardware-related defect requiring service or replacement?
If there is any special reset procedure, recovery firmware, or advanced method to restore LED functionality, I would appreciate your guidance.
Thank you for your support.

It happened to me as well with the router’s indicator LED. Now the Internet indicator no longer lights up; the others do, but that one doesn’t. I’ve also noticed issues on the WAN side: when using a dynamic IP, sometimes it gets stuck on an old IP and loses the Internet connection, and it doesn’t change the IP as it should.
