LEDS ON THE VELOX 100R CASE HAVE STOPPED WORKING

Hello,
I just turned on my PC like I do every day for the past year and a half, and I noticed that all the LEDs on the VELOX 100R case started lighting up red, then after about 5 seconds, all the case LEDs turned off and nothing else happened.
I checked all the connections, and everything seems fine.
I don't know what to do.

How are the connected? A hub or directly to the motherboard? Have you updated any software Mystic light etc?
If they are connected via a hub, try connecting them directly to the motherboard?

They're connected to the hub located behind the case. I tried connecting one of the fans to the motherboard of a JRAIMBOW, and it worked. I concluded that the hub located at the back of the case was faulty.I'll replace the hub soon, we'll see.

Comment sont-ils connectés ? À un hub ou directement à la carte mère ? Avez-vous mis à jour le logiciel Mystic Light, etc. ?

Yeah, over the years the hubs seem to be hit or miss if they work/last.
