Less Processor Speed

Hi
I have GP76 Leopard and the processor is Intel-i7 10870h 5 GHz / RTX 3060 / 1 TB SSD / 16 GB Ram. However, when I enter the system information, or MSI Dragon Center it seems 2.2 GHz. Also I did a stress test but it seems that maximum of 4 GHz has been used. I believe all of the drivers are up to date.
How can I solve this problem?

try your stress ,.,.+ check single cores in SENSOR --HWINFO
HWINFO + sensor contains all .,,.when get in strees clock drop or limit "2.2ghz"
check CPU limit reason - temperatures //or power or EDP
?

for idle // balanced power scheme is normal --cpu is adaptive
range 0.8GHz-5GHZ ,.,.hight performance sheme --static lock 4.5ghz all cores -5ghz one core

gpu mode -- MSHybrid intel igpu // d-gpu OPTIMUS "optimal"
or native -- only D-gpu "max performance" but more power hungry

for absolute max CPU potencial -- only D-gpu is better "but i thing OC or similar usage only"

and your stress is gaming ?? or any AVX or similar HEAVY load ??

CPU PROFILES ,,. unfortunately I don't use it ,,. so I advise blindly

SILENT or CONFORT profile ?? for CPU -- CPU lock on lower CLOCK "but around 90C - this is ideal"
or must set custom fan curve "faster" full RPM around 90-94C - TURBO profile in DC // custom fan curve
