Lesson learned: ADATA Spectrix S40

Alright so, almost 2 years ago, i assembled a decent PC i mean, it's not top of the line but it's a decent desktop to play games from 2019 2020 era and also video editing n stuff
so, recently, about 6 months ago, i decided to use an M2 SSD instead of a SATA one so i obtained and ADATA with the model of Spectrix S20 it was 2TB and, honestly i paid alot of money for it, i mean 200 bucks is not alot of money but, for me it is, and, about 6 months of use, one day i realized that my PC has been stuck at the MSI logo and not getting any further so, i tested the ram, the GPU the motherboard and, so far nothing until i took out that M2 SSD and, everything went back to normal again.
I kept the SATA SSD fo an extra storage so i began installing windows and drivers and everything went smoothly, so i was sad, i mean i still am, cause, i wasted 200 bucks on something which didn't last for even a year. i also brought the SSD to one of my friend who does recovery and repairs on hard drives and, he couldn't manage to fix the issue he didn't even realise what caused the roblem for this specific SSD to drop dead like that, so i searched the internet and realized, some M2 SSDs from this specific brand also has the same issue and have a short lifespan.
the good point was the data wasn't that much important since they were just my games and nothing personal or work related.

So anyway, my question is, do i have to scrap using M2 SSDs for my entire life ?
Is all of these M2 SSDs are like this and will eventually drop dead after some use ?
i mean, do i have to forget the word Reliable for the rest of my life when i wanna use an SSD ?
Does all M2 SSD brands are just as unreliable as this one ?
the shocking thing to me is the SATA SSD that i'm using is also the same brand but it still works

MSI A350 Gaming Pro
MSI RX 580 OC
16GB DDR4
Green 500W Power Suply
1TB SSD which was 3TB but the M2 is dead so, i stuck with 1

ADATA are a lower end Manufacturer and do not have that good a Reputation for making good Quality Products there just basically cheap Upgrades but not with the best reliability.

usually i stick with better known Manufacturers with a good track Record like WD, Samsung, Corsair Sandisk and Crucial as they all have a good record of there drives lasting a long time.

with a SSD of SATA or M.2 always leave a minimum of 25% of the drive empty for it to trim and ware level its cells as if its near full they will kill them-self FAST as it will write every single cell on the drive to there full life write cycles within 6 months and go into read only mode.

i usually get a SSD that is 2x the size I actually need to allow it to last a long time and have had both Samsung and WD drives that have never failed doing that.

Thanks for ur advise, i'll keep that in mind next time to chose the brand wisely, i usually keep 30% of the SSD empty, hmm, that reminds me i gotta check my XBOX cause i almost made it full i guess i need to go empty that a bit if that's the case
