Hello everybody!
For around 2 weeks ago I bought a new computer and decided to go with the Motherboard MSI B550 Gaming Edge Wifi.
When I looked into the computer a week ago I could see some liquid/oil at the bottom of the motherboard which was quite weird/worrysome. It is quite possible that this liquid/oil was on the motherboard from the beginning but I did not notice it then, and when I looked into the computer a week ago I used the phones flashlight which made it reflect quite bright. It does not seem like the amount have changed since I first noticed it 1 week ago which makes me think it was possibly there from the beginning.

Just to be clear I have no liquid cooling or have spilt anything liquid on the computer.

Does anyone know what this could be?

I haven't seen that on a new board, maybe it is some residue from some process they did in the factory. But because of the placement of it, i wouldn't worry too much, since it's only in areas where there is nothing critical it could affect. Of course, if you observe anything weird with the switches on the case or the front USB ports on the case, you should replace it, but i don't think it's gonna cause any problems. Have you checked if you can wipe it off?

Thanks for your response. So far I have not noticed any issues. I tried wiping it off with dry paper, just to see what consistency it was, but it was not possible.
I suspect I need to buy some Isopropyl Alcohol to clean it off, will try that.
