You can buy chips already flashed, not that I am suggesting you should do that or anything. You might be able to get it back as other people have done the same thing as you and live update the bios. Search the forum for posts; also you could raise a support ticket with msi and ask for advice/help.
Many thanks, laurence. I recently bought a bios programmer. I looking for bios already flashed on the internet but is more complicated for me buy that. Also i don't lose so much, if not works, will buy programmed bios.:-)

I asked MSI, but they said as option CMOS remove battery only.

Greetings.

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem with MSI Live Update 6.2.0.69. I start the software and go to live update. When I try to scan for new updates, the software gets stuck in the scanning process.
I've tried manual- and automatic scan. Starting as admin won't help. Reinstalling won't help. Also, after the initial start after the install process, the app won't even start anymore.
It just gets stuck at "Processing, please wait for a while...".

Motherboard model: Z370-A PRO (MS-7B48)
Motherboard BIOS version: 2.20
Windows version: Windows 10 64-bit / Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1082)

Is there a fix for this?

Personally I would not use it at all, not reliable. Get updates from the motherboard download page directly, safer.

Hi all,

This sticky topic has been created so you can report any issues you have with MSI Live Update software.
So if you experience any issue related to this program, please post here instead of creating new thread. We will do our best to help you as long as it's not common problem with particular version of LU.

Please make sure to post Live Update version, error message and code, and also follow this >>Posting Guide<< so we and MSI know what systems/combos are affected by it.

Thanks :emot-tip-wink:
I found it more reliable to use the M-FLASH feature which has not ben problematic

The Dragon Utility Center on my MSI X570 Tomahawk WIFI MB automatically updated to version 2.0.82.0 and now after the update, Mystic Light will not control the lighting on my DRAM modules. Unlike previous versions there seems to be no way to link the DRAM to the MB lighting.

it's correct! me too
Unlike previous versions there seems to be no way to link the DRAM, AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, FAN system to the MB lighting....
old version Dragon Center 2.0.75.0 works well
