Live Update not working for some time

I have a Z170A M5 MOBO. Been running fine for a year. About 6 months ago though, Live Update seemed to stop working. I've updated version sseveral times and am now running 6.2. I have repeatadly attempted to update the Intel ME driver. Live update seems well enough able to download (now at 11.6, but gets stuck trying to update my reported 11.0.2 installed version. What's wrong. Running 1.C0 bios and Win 10  64 bit is up to date.

Kind of off topic since you posted it in the MSI GAMING>eSport Teams section of the forum but I'll give my two cents anyway.
I also started having issues with live update a while ago and I decided to just stop using it. I tried a lot of different things but couldn't get it to work like it used to when I first used it.

Do yourself a favor and don't use Live Update. Its buggy and could brick your system if you choose to update the BIOS through it. Its safer to manually download any updates.
