Loading screen on my prospect 700r case

I have a new box but after a few days the box screen freezes on “loading” for about ten seconds and then it goes off for a second and then it starts all over again...

If you try advanced scan in MSI Center > Liveupdate, would you get any result? Can MSI Center recognize the LCD anymore?
And try do all the windows update and see if it helps.
