I am using the AMD RX6600 for about 3 weeks now and i can say with confidence that it seems very stable at least so far, plays litteraly anything at high or Ultra settings at 1080p and beyond, but if you like at least 60fps better stick to 1080p. Obviously in many games it can do more than 120fps even with high settings at 1080p. In my opinion it is one of the best valued GPUs out (I managed to get it for less than 300€). The only downside is that it can be a little noisy when running games at ultra settings or set at very high framerates but it is only logical. Also the temperatures remain relatevely low (about 60-70celsious) even with heavy gaming for many hours and does not seem to throttle performance but that always depends on the game settings and pc airflow. It also does hardware ray tracing but lowers the framerate at least 40-50% depending on the game.
