Looking for Laptop GE62 6QF Bios + custom vBios

Hello, i'm trying to find a more UP to date and custom BIOS for my GE62 6QF laptop and a custom vBios for the Gtx 970M 3gb in it. I have updated the BIOS with the latest released on MSI support for this laptop but if i open InSpectre, it keep telling me that a microcode update is available so i'm kind of desperate.. The processor is a i5 6300 HQ. And for overclocking in the BIOS i have some option if i press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + F2 i have an overclocking menu but if i set max OC ratio to x32 it doesnt work, only Turbo Boost works at 3,2 Ghz but if all cores are used the speed down to 2,8 Ghz, not the 3,2 Ghz promised by turbo boost. And it's not termal throttling i think because the temps are good ( 73°C for CPU and 65 °C for GPU in GTA V at Very High settings )
And my second request is a vBios for the nVidia GTX970m 3gb in the laptop for overcloking. I never change it so i thinks it's the stock vBios.
