Looking to upgrade 1660 Super to??

Hello I am having trouble finding info anywhere. If this question has already been answered maybe you can direct me to that?

My current build is
MSI Desktop Computer MPG Trident 3 10SI-002CA Intel Core i5-10400F (2.9GHz) 8GB DDR4 1TB HDD + 512GBSSD NVIDIA GeForce GTX1660 Super
I have a 230w power supply.

I was wondering if I can upgrade to the RTX2060 Super?

Is that possible?

The link takes you to the 'Product' page for the Trident 3, on that page click on the Recommend link (on the left side under Products Service) which opens a list of supported products (components).

In the VGA section the GTX 2060 Super Aero ITX is listed.

Assuming that you could find a card at a sensible price the performance increase might not be worth the cost.
