I bought a new monitor MAG 271QPX 360hz. After a few days, it started turning off for a few seconds. There was no notification about the HDMI signal being lost. It would simply go black and turn back on after a few seconds. I changed the cable to DP and updated the firmware (originally it was 109, but the latest one on the official website is 038). Since these are supposed to be just different update branches, and there was no mention of prohibiting changing firmware branches, I updated to 038. Now the monitor is very dim, even in HDR. Even at night, the white background looks very dim. I didn't use HDR before (on version 109), and everything was fine and bright. I think the problem is that version 038 doesn't have the DynamicSDR setting (or something similar to what it was called and was located in the Image menu). Without it, I simply can't use the monitor; it's terrible now. Please help.

PS I tried different HDR modes and without them set up brightness to 100 (max) value, it didn't solves the issue at all. I just need firmware file 109 to update backwards, but it is not posted anywhere on the Internet

Are you 100% sure it was version 109? Because from my understanding , if the first digit is not the same, it should not work for your monitor.
If what you said is true, you should be using version 1xx rather than 0xx.
