That will be you Memory for best performance you should have two matching ram stick set up in Dual Channel with A-Xmp enabled, Two 4GB 3200 Sticks in Dual Channel will wipe the floor with what you have in your system, I would advise you buy a pair of 8GB ram modules 3200 CL16 and sell that 16GB stick you have in your system

Something like the RipJaw V I know they work well

@Alan J T so i see that Single stick of Ram is where my performance gets Bottlenecked !
Ok Thanks !
AMD Platforms massively Benifit from Dual Channel RAM as its 2x the Bandwidth of a single Stick and the CPU cant move DATA back and forward between the RAM fast enougth to actually perform Properly with just 1 RAM module so will Limit its Performance massively (over 50% less).

Ok so i will buy one more same 16gb ram stick @badboy2k
That might cause issues. Mixing RAM isn't exactly a good idea. And no, "same" does not mean same in RAM. There is a reason why single kit of 2x8GB costs more than buying 2 8GB sticks separately.

@Nichrome the Very Same Model will cause issues? i dont think so
even same model may have different Memory Chips as they change over time and may cause issues. MAY being the main thing as its a 50/50 it either works or will cause tons of errors.

even chips from a manufacturer that are same spec may be different sub-timings and cause issues but alot of RAM manufacturers get chips from different Manufacturers like one may have Samsung Chips and another of the same Brand and Model made a month later may have Micron Chips.

even Same Make and model can be Mixing as it depends on the Chips used at the time it was made and is a 50/50 of what you get.
