i am a valorant player. my pc spec is Amd ryzen 1600 with Msi 3060 ventus 3x. in the game low setting i got fps maximum 200. is there any fault of my card?

Yes it must be faulty. This card can easily do 666 fps in Valorant.
For real though... 200fps is not low at all. I doubt you use 240Hz monitor so you are unlikely to even need 200fps. It may also be the limit for the game engine.

it could easly be an cpu bottleneck,the 1000 and 2000 series aren't that good with modern gpu's and games
