I've been trying to find a way to buy the heatsink to match with my other m.2 drives as I only got the one with my z690-a ddr4. It seems to work well but I wanted to keep the aesthetic and get another but I can't seem to find anyway to buy these.
Thanks

I don't recall MSI sells it individually and it looks like the other slot length is different from slot 1.
i think the best you can go is to get M.2 with its own heatsink (black color to match the color of mainboard)

Yeah, get an aftermarket one.
Here you see different heatsinks tested on a WD SN850: https://techtest.org/7x-nvme-ssd-kuehler-im-test-be-quiet-icy-box-und-co-im-vergleich/ (English translation)

These aftermarket heatsinks are often better than the integrated ones on the board (although they will usually also do the job of preventing throttling).
Search in your favorite PC shops for M.2 heatsinks, the winner from above is this, called "be quiet! MC1 Pro", which is what i also use.
Here is a pic (shortly before i noticed that the Noctua mounting brackets need to be to the top and bottom of the socket for my cooler, not to the left and right 😅).

Thanks both of you. Hopefully they do sell it because the 3 other m.2 slots have the same connections as the main slots heatsink and I hate leaving such things unused as while aftermarket will likely work better it still won't match the aesthetic and cover the aforementioned connections
