m2 genie eror

I update the motherboard to open the Resize Bar. My motherboard is msi z370 a pro. For this version, my product is 7B48v2D (Beta version) but no matter what I did, I could not get rid of the m2 genie error.
The processes I do, as in the video I took, do not enter the bios.
