My m2 pci express ssd which come with laptop is crashed windows was installed inside it and i couldn't open the laptop then i bought a new sata ssd and installed windows on it and i could open it like that then i realized that m2 ssd is corrupted i don't know why, i bought the laptop 9 months ago, i want a new m2 ssd.

What's the current situation when you try to boot the system on m.2 SSD?
Any error message? Goes into BIOS directly?

I couldn't boot system on m2 ssd ,laptop always repeat the process. I enter bios without any problem

ssd -health status

Just contact the official MSI service center and let them check the laptop for you directly.
You've confirmed that something is wrong with SSD with the tools.

Did you already make contact to the official service center? Not the authorized stores.
Or you can send a ticket to the official MSI support.
