btw when connected to PS5, its detected the HDR, i really dont know what is the problem, my graphic driver or windows btw my recent windows 11 is fresh installed. . .

Have you tried with another cable? It’s more likely Windows 11 issue anyway. You can also try to update your graphics driver.

Please provide picture for all information in system information in Windows OS as attachment.
How to check System Information in Windows 11?

I confirm: I recently bought this monitor model MAG 273QP QD-OLED X24, and when I updated the FW116 firmware to the DP port, Windows doesn't detect HDR support on the monitor (even though my old Redmi G Pro 27 MiniLED monitor worked perfectly in HDR mode via the DP port). On this monitor, HDR only worked via the HDMI port.
I'm using Windows 11 25H2 with the latest updates and an RTX 5070 card.
This is a firmware issue, as in the standard fw106 firmware, HDR functioned via the DP port.
I don’t know what to do, return it under warranty or is there a chance that the situation will improve with new updates?

Please refer below steps to check after updating firmware on the MSI monitor.
Step 1. Please remove power cord on monitor around one minute after updating firmware.
Step 2. Please re-plug power cord on monitor.
Step 3. Please to do reset once in setting page under OSD menu.

I have a different monitor model, but here is my experience:

I was able to reproduce this issue on Windows 11 24H2, but it doesn’t happen on Windows 10 22H2. Looks like Microsoft’s latest updates for Windows 11 are causing some trouble.
Since I don’t use Windows heavily, it’s not a big deal for me. Everything works fine on macOS and Fedora KDE 43.

Not a firmware issue, currently running FW116 as well and HDR working fine in windows with both HDMI and DP
