may be after firmware update windows 11 say HDR not supported, I have displayport ( cable ) 2.1 ugreen but still but still says HDR not supported.

Good evening, does anyone please have the fw106 firmware? MSI does not respond to the ticket except with the same procedures that are found in the support.

I installed fw116 on MSI MAG 273QP QD-OLED X24 but I lost HDR with dp1.4a

I tried re-flashing older and it appears that it won't let you downgrade. I will link anyways in case you have better luck. As I am able to upload the file directly you will need to rename from .zip to .bin.

Thanks again, I tried both files but they don’t work for me either.

For now, I put in a great certified HDMI 2.1 and it’s working perfectly.

The MSI firmware corrupted the EDID, now I opened a ticket since they have the possibility to send you a file that reprograms the factory EDID.

As soon as it arrives, I’ll share it. And if it doesn’t arrive, I’ll keep the HDMI… It’s a bit annoying since the monitor is new and I don’t want to return it for an error that isn’t mine.

Did they send you anything to reset the monitor to factory settings?

Because everything worked perfectly when I first got the monitor, but unfortunately I updated it.

Currently, HDR doesn't work at all with a DisplayPort cable. I'll try with HDMI soon.

You can try below steps to attempt recovery HDR function.
Please be very careful with the factory mode settings, you should not change anything unless it's been instructed.
1. Remove power cord from the monitor
2. Hold Navikey and plug power cord back
3. Release Navikey and power on monitor
4. Press Naivkey again to open OSD panel, you should see 'F' on top left corner of the panel
5. Select 'F' to enter factory mode (DO NOT change anything in it or it can break the monitor)
6. Select 'EEPROM INIT' and wait for 2 mins for it to complete and recheck the HDR issue
7. Report back if problem is fixed later on
