MAG 341CQP QD-OLED Image issue

Hi, only had this monitor a few months, and it's now got these bars going down the screen. I have pixel shift enable and run panel protect.

Any ideas what has caused this or if there is a fix?

I've raised a web ticket with MSI but would like to know if anyone else has experience this or has any thoughts on it?

Can you try a different video cable? Different port? Different PC/laptop/device? It may be the monitor, but it's also possible cable or device you are using is also bad.

I've tried this with a HDMI cable and display port on a PC and laptop with the same results.
