Hey! Ive bought my new pair of airpods off of a sale since I wanted a wireless earbuds. The thing is, Ive tried using my airpods with my phone without a single problem, that works too with the PC i use for my job (different from own desktop). The pc that I own, that I crafted myself btw (idk if that could make a difference), does not seem to work properly, ive tried installing a realtek bluetooth driver and it always seems to install the intel one that does not seems to work properly with my earbuds. Ive tried uninstalling and installing so many different drivers for bluetooth that nothing seems to work, it would always load the intel one, the problem is that i have to have my earbuds right next to my PC for them to transfer audio properly, if i sit straight on my chair with my earbuds on my ears, the sounds loses all connection and sounds theres a lot of interference, thats why i wanted to install the realked driver, "it should" work properly on my earbuds and im submitting this ticket for help since i dont know what else to do, nothing seems to work and the bluetooth signal of my PC seems to be way too weak to transfer the audio properly to my earbuds, since im right next to my PC. (i can attach images of what i mean by literally right next to me if needed)

Sorry if misspelled or hard to understand, english isnt my mothers language :(

Thanks for the help in advance!

This board has Intel WLAN and Bluetooth, so of course it wants the Intel drivers, not the Realtek ones. The Realtek ones are for the LAN chip (ethernet cable), not WLAN/BT.

Try the drivers from Intel directly, as they are newer than the ones from MSI. Here are the links: WLAN and Bluetooth (you need the "Driver64" version both times)

it did not work :( it stays the same, i dont understand why the signal is so low on my bluetooth hardware, is there a way to amplify how the signal is received or sent? drivers seems to do just fine, hardware seems to not work how i expect it to... im kinda dissapointed :( feels like solvable tho so, no worries

Well, did you screw the two included antennas onto the rear I/O panel? They are necessary for both WLAN and BT.

Do you have 2 antennas attached to the back of the PC?

You should have 2 black antennas that are roughly 6" long attached to those 2 that are circled....if not, you're not going to get good range with the WIFI or the Bluetooth.

I have a similar problem, but I have already connected the antennas. I have Sony WH-1000mx4 headphones, in my work laptop I am using without problems but in computer with MSI motherboard when I connect with the headphones I am trying to listen to music, but suddenly I do not hear the music, I have to move my head to listen again. When I have video calls, people listen to me like a robot or with their voice cut off. I have updated the drivers of bluetooth, but the problem conitnue, Should I send back the motherboard for warranty case? I have a 1.5 months of I bought it, June 6. Sometimes my mouse wirless freeze too, and I already made the process of disconnect the PC from the energy and take off the battery of the motherboard like 20 minutes, but don't solve my problem.
