MAG CORELIQUID 240R is clogged and I can't submit RMA

My coreliquid 240R is clogged and the recall website says my srial number is in the recall, but whenever I try to submit and RMA form it always tells me that my serial number is invalid even though it worked fine on the recall website and i have it registered under the same serial number. I have tried Typing it in 20 different ways but it still says invalid serial number every single time. Is there anyway somebody could point me in the right Direction?

and before you ask I did have liquid cooler selected

I would say because they don't want to repair/replace it. Mine fit the requirements for a fix and they denied it. I'm thinking of fixing it myself. Yu.tbe video show you how.
