I've had my Liquid Cooler for about 6 months and it has now started to make horrible noises underload and only fixes itself when I put the computer to sleep and reboot. It will stay quiet till about 70c to 80c operating temp. Then I have to sleep the computer again to get rid of the noise.
I have it mounted to the top of my case with fans under the radiator pushing air out of the case. I had no problem when I first bought it playing Cyberpunk 2077 with the CPU around 65c to 70c during operation. The only thing I can think of is, my cat might have jumped on top of the PC while it was in operation and damaged it from the vibration. She's a fat cat.
Any advice is appreciated, and I will likely replace it with an air cooler until I can RMA this one. I have posted a picture of the previous configuration I had it in before trying to troubleshoot the noise. I now have it with the tubes below the cpu block and still have the radiator mounted to the top of the case.
