Hi,
Tempeature cpu 95°c , pump HS, My product is enregistred correctly (with serial nuber) but not possible to have RMA number , he said my S/N is not recognized....(buy 25/03/2021)

We can't do anything about it here. We have no control over RMAs or registration. You really need to contact MSI directly for that. See : >>How to contact MSI.<<

I figured out how to navigate the website to get an RMA.
I went to the main MSI website and clicked service.
I selected gaming gear and then scrolled down to online RMA request.
I was able to select AIO on the actual form on the 2nd part.
while filling out the form it tried to take me back to a different page. I hit the back button and was able to complete the form.
When I put the serial number in it looked like it said that it wasn't valid, but I clicked through anyway and it went through,
I had an RMA within 5 minutes, and the unit is now on its way.
Just make sure that you have registered the unit.
