MAG CORELIQUID 360R (High Temperature Problem)

Hi,
I'm a MSI B550 Tomahawk and CORELIQUID 360R user. The 360R liquid cooling I have been using for about a year has been reaching extremely high temperatures for the last 1 week.
It was a global issue when I asked this situation on Turkish hardware forums. They said it's an MSI replacement application. (https://www.msi.com/Landing/liquid-cooler-swap-application)

When I write my serial number they say it is not available for exchange. Please can you help me? (I have proof of purchase from Amazon.)

I had a similar issue, as long as you've registered it when you purchased it, and it's still with in warranty, you can ask for a RMA. If accepted, you'll have to send off your cooler and then they'll send you out a replacement once they receive it and check it's not been damaged by you.

Took about 2 weeks for me to get my cooler back, its spent 4 days total in customs, so I could have had it back quicker if it wasn't for that.

I am the same as you, I have used my Coreliquid 360r for about 7 months, and for a couple of months it has given me very high temperatures, I always thought it was the processor but then I understood that it is this cooling system, and I tried to ask for a change and I It says I don't qualify too, I'll send a ticket too

My ticket was answered, they directed me to the service point in my country. I hope there will be good developments. And I hope we hear good news for you too.

Hello, authorized service repair in Turkey refused. I bought the product from amazon.com.tr, but the sender says it cannot be repaired due to "Amazon Germany"...
I don't know what will happen in this case

It's been three days and no one is responding to my ticket...
I sent the following email today.

Hello, I bought 1 MSI 360R liquid cooling from amazon turkey (amazon.com.tr) on November 22, 2021.

Since the day I bought the product, it has been making occasional clicking and tiny noises. I did not care about this situation and continued to use it. Even though it has been 6 months from the date of purchase, my product is broken.

The processor temperature reaches 70 80 degrees as soon as the computer is turned on. After doing some research, I found out that this cooler is problematic and the exchange program has been started. (https://www.msi.com/Landing/liquid-cooler-swap-application)

I sent a ticket to your technical support team. Ticket ID 833798 (https://account.msi.com/services/tickets/detail/833798)
They told me to send the ticket to the service point company, which is the contracted service point in Turkey. (https://g.page/ServisPoint) I sent the product to them.
Claiming that the product was brought to Turkey from abroad by amazon.com.tr, they refused, saying that they would not make any changes or repairs.

As a result,
I have a broken liquid cooler right now. MSI has not responded to my ticket for 3 days. Contracted service point in Turkey does not repair.
Please but please help me! Although all the hardware on my computer and my past hardware is MSI, it is unacceptable for me to be victimized by MSI.
