Is there a correct connection for the fans on the motherboard? Do I need to configure anything in the Bios after installing the water cooler?

normally all you need to do is connect the radiator to the pump fan header, and 3*120mm fans to the CPU fan header.

you can adjust the fan curve in MSI Center\User Scenario or BIOS settings\Hardware Monitor.
