I have recently completed my build on the MSI MAG kit AMD B650 and it won't boot or turn on. I hit the power button and only the DRAM rgb turn on. Nothing else turns, no fans no debug on the motherboard nothing. Anything I can check? I took everything off and put everything back in and nothing changed. Any ideas?

Computer build is as follows

AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz 8-Core Processor
ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO CPU Cooler
MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard
TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory
XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Radeon RX 7600 XT 16 GB Video Card
MSI MAG PANO M100R PZ MicroATX Mid Tower Case

Note that it can take a surprisingly large amount of force to properly insert a DDR5 module into the slot, see here, here, and here. So make sure this is not a factor.
Also, it's worth waiting five minutes, in case the BIOS is doing memory training which can sometimes take a long time on AM5.

I would then check the CPU socket for bent pins. For that you would take off the CPU cooler, take out the CPU, and check for bent pins inside the CPU socket, which can easily happen from some mistake during CPU installation. Also see here and the following posts. The pins all have to look completely uniform under light, with none visually "sticking out" from the rest. Ideally take some photos of the socket, upload to an image hoster and link them here, even if you don't think there are bent pins (somtetimes they are not that easy to spot for the untrained eye).

Lastly, what is your PSU? For some reason people don't list it, but it's the foundation of the entire system.

Sorry I thought I put it on there, it is a MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

i removed everything and started withe the cpu, cpu cooler, power to mother board and ram. nothing turned on, i then tried the same with with a different PSU and still nothing

You don't get the DRAM LED anymore?

Have you checked the socket pins already? If you do, take photos of the socket.
