ok just bought a 2tb Kingston fury m.2 tried it in both slots nothing .. the other Kingston drive works fine in both slots ..
the board and window just doesn't see it ??? any helpful suggestions ..
bios and drivers up to data tried cmos reset .. ?

model and a Image of the drive out of the slot would be helpful as there is a few different things that could be going on here!

as the Drive is not working properly. you need to work out if it works at all as its possible that its a Dead On Arrival Drive!

can you test it in a different PC to see if it even gets detected as its Quite Likely its a Dead M.2 Drive at this Point?

also Have you Tried to update the BIOS on your Motherboard just to make sure its not a Issue there?

luckly it's amazon .. i'll just send it back bios and everything up to date .. thx :)
