It's not a faulty if it works and gets detected on older BIOS versions but not on newer ones yet it performs exactly as it should, on every other machine or slot of this motherboard and even NVME USB-C enclosures, what actually seems to have happened is that, with the BIOS v182(Beta) and above, the new AGESA ComboPI 1.1.0.1 changed some NVME initialization's process parameters and thus, the very specific Sandisk-based controller which this drive has, are just not compatible anymore.
This is my current assumption, everything i have tried and tested and i have gathered points to this.

Edit: Link Training Timeout (default 1000) and Link Training Retry (default and max 5) are the same for v14 all the way up to the newest Beta. I guess it has to be the AGESA (AGESA ComboPI 1.1.0.1) then...

if someone interested after whole night of troubleshooting my pc from NVME WD black SN770 vanishing after bios update...
i can confirm that issue is still there in newest bios, managed to put old bios from end of 2023 and disk is being detected in bios back again.
i will try one more time with new firmware for disk but i don`t think it will change anything

ps. checked it newest April bios (not beta) is not resolving problem even after disk firmware upgrade

Beta Bios 7E12v1I3 is released.
MSI probably still haven't fixed WD Nvme detection issue.
