Sometimes freezes are 2-3 seconds, sometimes 30-40 seconds. Very random but happens everyday. Sometimes usb devices not recognized, sometimes they go and come back again. Sometimes display drive crashes. I have tried every bios version, every driver version. i have reinstalled windows, enabled spread spectrum, etc. nothing changed. i know that if ia send to rma they will say that they did not find anything. EVery time freezes happens i have crusdumps in the eventlog like:
\\?\C:\WINDOWS\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG\WATCHDOG-20251012-1204.dmp
\\?\C:\WINDOWS\LiveKernelReports\USBXHCI\USBXHCI-20251013-2109.dmp

Anything i miss?

I have;
9700x CPU
XFX 6900xt GPU
Kingston Beast Expo Black 32 GB (2X16) 6000 MHz CL30 KF560C30BBEK2/32TR Memory

Disable the SysMain service.
SysMain may be causing the freeze.
Go to Services Settings, find SysMain, and disable it.
Then, click Apply.

Integrated Graphics and HybridGraphics are already disabled. i disable these two things, select expro profile from memory settings. all other bios settings are defaults. except i have tried enabling and disabling spread spectrum. i have also cleared bios several times. it did not help.
here is my hwmintor data if it helps someone

I’ve had the same issue for 6 months and I tried everything possible. I gave up and sent the motherboard back to the store together with the CPU and RAM to get them checked. After one week, they told me everything was fine, but I didnt care, I told them the motherboard has USB issues and I’m not taking the parts back until they find the problem. It’s good to know I’m not the only one, because now we know the motherboard is the issue.

Yes, some people have this problem from the start with this board. Sometimes a different bios version cures it, if not it's never cured.
I say different because the latest isn't always the greatest. Anyway, enabling/disabling settings in bios can help, but in my experience it should work at default. I've flashed most bios versions of my board and except for one branch everything was fine at default. Changing some settings ofcourse like expo/pbo and fan curves, but everything works fine. That particular branch had detection problems with my m.2 drive but was solved in a later version, in the mean time I used an older version.
Anyway, these x870 boards are picky as for ram concerned. Bios updates have greatly improved that, before I had a very slow post sequence, every reboot took even longer to get to the bios screen for example, but recent bios versions made post and boot times normal for me. So I believe alot of these problems are ram compatibility related.

bios update just made it worse and more frequently.

I just bought the same motherboard, MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI with latest firmware, the USB ports keeps turning on/off my keyboard, making it unusable.

If I disconnect and reconnect the keyboard it works for some time then the problem happen again a few minutes/hours later.

I've no issue with my keyboard on any other computer. I disabled all USB power saving settings that I could find but it did not resolve this issue.

If you have any fix that I could try that would be welcome. Right now I'm ready to send it back, first time buying a MSI motherboard and very bad experience so far.

Which keyboard do you have, some users had problems with corsair keyboards. Also iCUE can cause some issues, although the latest update works flawless on my system, where a previous version would always crash my system.
Does any other usb device gets disconnected after a while? If not, have you tried a cheap generic keyboard without bells and whistles?

it is not a keyboard problem. it may be a usb controller or a chipset problem. i had same freezes and disconnections with asus and hp. amd chipsets are not like intel's. i think that they are not fully made by amd.
