I am looking for help regarding an issue I am having. My display on the Icue keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I have been in touch with Corsair's support and we did a utility reporter/ crash dump and they could not find any conflicting app or device regarding coolant. They sent me a new display, but the issue is still persisting. When the device disconnects, it also temporarily disconnects my keyboard (only my keyboard and the small Icue display.) I have tried 4 other keyboards to confirm it wasn't a compatibility issue and I feel certain it's not my keyboard (Why did I stop at 4? I ran out of keyboards...) 3 of the keyboards were wireless 2 RGB and one not, the 4th which is an MSI keyboard I'm using now that's compatible with the motherboard is wired as well as the mouse that came with it. I didn't have this issue initially. I bought the PC beginning of December and started having issues with my Icue disconnecting the end of January. I was hoping to see if anyone else has had this issue before, were you able to correct it or should I buy a new brand of liquid coolant entirely?

First, check to see if it’s defective.
Otherwise, read the manual for the liquid cooler and follow the instructions.
And if you’re having trouble with any part of it,
you might find a quicker solution by watching YouTube videos.
