MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK Wifi failure before POST

It worked for 4 months. This started last night. Windows crashed with event unexpected power loss. But power was fine, it's on a UPS. Sometimes I managed to get back in Windows before crashing again, but most of the time the machine is not even posting. It is stuck in a loop, mobo test LED comes on as red, fans, memory modules lights come on, fans spin up, and immediately LED and fans turn off. You can see it on my YouTube video

. I made no hardware or software changes to the system before this started happening. I'm still running the BIOS from September as it was running fine.

Behavior not change much even when memory is removed, only diff is that it does not retry in a loop.

Better check CPU socket to see if any bent pin, and list all the device especially your PSU.
Are all the parts brand new?

They were all new 4 months ago.
If CPU pin bent should have the machine run fine for so long?
Psu Seasonic VERTEX GX-1000.

can't think of anything else, but that's something you can check before you RMA it. I mean eventually you'll have to take things apart if no solution had been found.
