MAG272QP QD-OLED X24 Oled Care problem

So i bought this monitor about a year ago, then one day it started to do oled care right as the panel was turned on.

so I updated the fireware to see if that would be the fix, but only more problems came.
On start up, the panel will start oled care then after it's finished it will power off, causing it to restart oled care once powered back on.
So I sent the panel to RMA, got my new panel and its doing the same thing.
I've tried doing a manual panel protection, unplugging the panel for 5 mins, checking if i had settings that put the panel to sleep, nothing seems to work.

Wondering if you record the serial number before sending it back and comparing to the one you receive?
Do you have any idea what MSI had done to your monitor?

The S/N was different than the panel that was sent out. I’ve contacted MSI about the panel right after it arrived. The RMA dept. said I got a new monitor, but the monitor is a certified pre owned with the same problem as the last panel. RMA sent me to tech support. Tech support asked about the S/N, then said the panel just arrived to me and shouldn’t have any problems. I informed them of the situation and was told to update the firmware. Updated the firmware, following the guide for firmware updates and still the same problem as the last. If that didn’t fix it was told to send it in.
