I'm getting an error when updating the firmware. Does anyone know if it could be due to the age of the graphics card or the operating system? I don't see any other reason. I've already tried connecting only DP to the PC without any other cables at the same time.

1.Please install "FW Update Utility" on another system for checking or re-install clean Windows OS on this system.

2.How to flash firmware with NVIDIA/AMD graphic card via DP cable?
