Why don't MSI accept purchases and queue up customers and make it limited 1 per customer or per delivery address to avoid scalpers !
i need RX 6800XT myself since i had issue with my RX 5700XT and it's damaged !
i cannot find a card anywhere except for 4X the price !!

i know there is issue with the stock... but why don't you sell and deliver when available ! make a queue list of buyers

MSI only sell to Shops and they send a order to MSI for how many they want and get sent that.

I doubt MSI would set up a shop to sell to customers Directly as that then makes it so they have to do alot of work to comply with each Nations Rules for sales rather then just as a importer.

everyone is stuck trying to get a Graphics card as its not just scalpers happening here.

here are some Factors:
1: Obviously Scalpers are causing issues.
2: Crypto Miners buying alot of cards.
3: Massive Demand for Computer parts CPU's, Motherboards, CPU's and RAM Due to the Lockdowns that Happened and people want to game.
4: people working from home now having to use there PC's and now realizing there slow so want a faster new Machine or upgrades for there current one.
5: the actual main Issue is Manufacturing Capacity of Fab's, GPU's and CPU's have to be made by places like TSMC, Samsung and so on and they can only make so many and are usually fully booked up on there books like 12-18 months before for how many a manufacturer wants and they have no extra Capacity over what they have right now and will take lets say 2-3 years to build extra Fabs so Supply is massively Bottlenecked as even if a Manufacturer says we need more the only answer they can get is we have no Fab time left that we can use.

yep yep true i understand all of this.... but i understand also that Companies release limited stock every week or every month....
why can't they accept pre-orders from legit people who just need a single card for legit use and just deliver according to queue on list or something

i cannot be refreshing the stores every minute while scalpers running scripts to order 10 cards once stock is released -.-

MSI doesn't direct sell. As badboy stated.
That's why they don't do pre-orders, and as far as I'm aware, they urge distributors/resellers to not do preorders as well because it causes problems (see 3080 fiasco, limited to a single region within the entire world, where they did pre-orders.....meanwhile no where else had any issues.....).

Do we all wish they would do the same thing as others like EVGA? Sure.....but EVGA will sell directly to consumers as well, whereas MSI does not. Which is a significant difference in the corporate strategy between the 2 companies.
