Malfunctional Keys

For the last couple of months I've had an issue with my MSI GK71 Sonic (Red switches), some of the keys, most noticeably and annoyingly the down key, it works as it desires, sometimes it double presses after I press it once, and other times it doesn't register the press and/or delays it by like half a second, it's been really annoying as the games that I play need really precise timings of the movement keys, in any ways, if it is a hardware issue, i'd like to know if I'm able to switch the switches from one key to another, as if that's gonna atleast help with this, also the keyboard is exactly one year old now.

Have you tried resetting the keyboard? On mine, it's hold down the function+esc (function key is the dragon key) key for 5 seconds, I think.

Yes, I did, multiple times, it didn't fix the issue

If it's still under warranty, return it.
