Hello guys! I hope I entered the correct subtitle.
I have been having problems with my MSI Optix MAG27CQ curved monitor for over a year.
Sometimes I have no picture, the screen is lit and the power light is on. It happens after every startup of my MSI PC and also after every time the monitor was on standby. I also can't see the monitor menu when this happens. The issue is randomly resolved after unplugging and replugging the power cord or HDMI cable. I also tried it with Display Port, same problem. Sometimes I have to unplug and replug the cables several times until it works again. The maximum time needed to perform this procedure is also 30 minutes. The confusing thing is that sometimes the problem goes away when I reconnect the power, sometimes when I reconnect the HDMI. If it was just one of these, I might figure out what's causing the problem, but like this... I really have no idea what I might experience. I tried connecting the monitor to other PCs too and it's the same thing.
I was thinking about updating the firmware, but when I try to open Gaming Intelligence I see that the software does not support my monitor. I was looking for MSI Gaming OSD but I can't find the previous versions also because on the MSI website the link always takes you back to the latest version of Gaming Intelligence. Among other things, the monitor does not have a USB port.
Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem?
