I purchased MSI B5M laptop from Lulu Hypermarket Kochin ( offline ) . When i opened i saw a yellow color on the bottom left of screen. When i contacted the Store they said they want a DO (i dont know what it s) from service center . When i directly contacted the MSI customer care , they said I’m eligible for replacement bcoz i reported the issue on next day after the purchase. ( replacement can be issued if the problem reported with in 7days ) .
MSI says I’m eligible for replacement.
But from Lulu store, they only issue replacement if i give DO from service centre.
what i really wanna do ?
