Manufacturing defect on laptop

I purchased MSI B5M laptop from Lulu Hypermarket Kochin ( offline ) . When i opened i saw a yellow color on the bottom left of screen. When i contacted the Store they said they want a DO (i dont know what it s) from service center . When i directly contacted the MSI customer care , they said I’m eligible for replacement bcoz i reported the issue on next day after the purchase. ( replacement can be issued if the problem reported with in 7days ) .

MSI says I’m eligible for replacement.
But from Lulu store, they only issue replacement if i give DO from service centre.

what i really wanna do ?

Not much anyone here can do to help. You need to work it out with the place you bought it from and MSI unfortunately. And how that works can vary by region.
I would ask them what a DO is or what they need to do it.
