master2-far MOBO...Opteron 240 compatible???

I was wandering if your master2-far motherboard is compatible with Opteron 240 processors. On this page: http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/server/svr/pro_svr_detail.php?UID=484 it says it supports Opteron 246 and UP*.... Does this mean it will not take Opteron 240's or not?

They just mean it will support faster CPUs when available, it will work with a 240.
