MEG AI 1300 native 12HPWR cable broken

Bought a MEG 1300 wanting to use the native 600w HPWR. Plug in my graphics card and nothing. So I tried the Nvidia adapter and it worked first time, went back to the native cable and nothing. I have looked everywhere to see if I’m doing something wrong and thus can only assume it’s a dud.

Hi darkhawk, I have just gone through some more testing and it’s not even more strange. I read the pin outs of the cable when connected to the power supply and they all read correctly which would lead me to think that the PSU and cable is fine. This means that it’s something to do with that specific cable and my Fe 4090. I have contacted MSI although annoyingly being in the UK it seems to be the only country without a support line so I’m waiting on an email.
