MEG Coreliquid S360 LCD not working after update.

I followed the directions on updating FW and know it is version 000A. And this is for the MEG coreliquid S360 Display. Please any help would be nice. I have uninstalled MSI center and did all the clean wipes and such. An motherboard is MEG Z790 ACE and not sure if something in the bios need to be changed eather.

I've tried to change JUSB port on MB and reinstall MSI Center, but it not work.
My MB has 2 JUSB ports, other devices still use both ports normally.
I'm not not sure if reinstalling windows will fix it, currently I'm very disappointed with MSI. All my components are from MSI, but I may have to reconsider in the future .

Hello I also have this problem my AIO is connected as USB device in windows but my screen dosent show anything at all anymore... also black screen the whole time also when i'm in BIOS ..
I can not control it in MSI center Coreliquid is there but when i click on it nothing happen i being directed to msi update page in MSI center i have reinstalled everything but not reinstalled windows yet.
can you help me ? @Svet

Hello, I have a MEG Coreliquid S280 and it works fine, but in MSI Center when I scan the HW it doesn't show me any information about the cooler's FW, otherwise everything works normally, where could the problem be?

can you scan it in MSI Center\Support\System Info\Scan? if you're already on the latest version of firmware, it's natural that there's no newer update in MSI Center\Support\Live update

I guess there will be the latest version, but I can't know that and I don't know if I don't see information about what version is there.

same issue cant get center core liquid to do anything i get an unknown error every time i try uploading mp4 to core liquid s360
