MEG Coreliquid S360 LCD not working after update.

I followed the directions on updating FW and know it is version 000A. And this is for the MEG coreliquid S360 Display. Please any help would be nice. I have uninstalled MSI center and did all the clean wipes and such. An motherboard is MEG Z790 ACE and not sure if something in the bios need to be changed eather.

I have similar issue with my new Coreliquid S360, it is only a month old, was working till the evening, I shutdown and came back to find out that the display is black and not showing anything.
I cannot control it in MSI center, Coreliquid is installed but when I click on it and it takes me to Support, i being directed to MSI live update page in MSI center. i have reinstalled it but it didn't work.
Can anyone help me?
