Hey,

I am currently experiencing an issue since yesterday, the front touch panel of my MEG PROSPECT 700R case keeps resetting approximately every minute, which is inconvenient for using the computer.
I had a similar issue in the past and had drivers to update; however, there are currently no drivers available for updating, nothing I can do?
Added in attachment front panel pls motherboard(bios) versions

Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Just started happening to me, but I think its related to a bad windows update.

Event viewer shows the issue when it happens too.

Yellow is the right one, red is the one that keeps attempting an install.

If you shut this off, you can clearly see the system is trying to connect to MSI Control Center to download something.

I cannot fix this, I have tried my best to contact support, but the best they can do is escalate as a Bug.

Please keep pushing this to their support.

Just to make this a little more understandable as to why this is an infernally annoying issue.

Can you swap to the other USB Headder on the Mother board

Not sure what's going on, but it randomly solved itself.

It still intermittently stutters, but its so rare I don't notice it.

I'm more convinced this is a hardware issue though, because I did a full reset and it still kept happening.

Its a shame because the main reason I went for MSI in the first place was a full MSI build, but their singular part, the case, is causing an annoying issue.

For anyone that has this issue still, I recommend checking all your connections to the MOBOS and SATA cables.
It might do something.

Been having this same issue for at least a few months. I told support I think it is a software-based issue as it happened out of the blue and nothing has been moved around. They said it is probably hardware based and to check the J-USB on the motherboard. I just took computer apart and de-dusted and checked all connections. Took out the J-USB which sucks cause I have to remove the graphics card to do so and reconnected it. Still same issue where it reconnects every minute. I have seen some complaints on this issue but no resolution.

This has been a crippling issue as it freezes all my devices for a few seconds, interrupts typing, or if playing a game it freezes my last inputs for a few seconds such as moving or firing. It is terrible. About to try disconnecting it entirely.

Got a temporary solution, but I am NOT SURE if it will WORK for all.

I just found if you go to the screen saver and tap the top right run bottom the touch screen will freeze and then reboot.
I set the screen saver time to OFF, and everything back to normal.

I test many rounds with a very very rare possibility the screen can normally go into the screen saver mode. At least in my case, all things seem triggered by it.

Can you both run the MSI collection tool and upload the zip file so I can pass it on to MSI Support

The tool is for collecting MSI Center/Dragon Center/Creator Center log file for troubleshoot.
https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/MSI-Collect-Log-Tool.zip

Testing has been done but so far the test lab has been unable to replicate the problem

*Update to all.

Problem is not software, its loose cabling.

Check your front panel cables, I instantly resolved the issue after reseating them.

Its a pain, but it is the solution for me.
