MEG PROSPECT 700R front touch panel restarting

Hey,

I am currently experiencing an issue since yesterday, the front touch panel of my MEG PROSPECT 700R case keeps resetting approximately every minute, which is inconvenient for using the computer.
I had a similar issue in the past and had drivers to update; however, there are currently no drivers available for updating, nothing I can do?
Added in attachment front panel pls motherboard(bios) versions

From your screenshot I saw that Sync Mode -MSI Center is enabled, and according to the manual it's normal that ARGB and Fans will be grayed out.

ok, but it also alltime reload the panel, only if i switch off the screen saver on panel it stop the reloading. how to resolve this issue?
