Hi,
What is the procedure for replacing the fan built into the cover of the Rear I/O Panel of motherboard?
Is there any instruction?
I can't find any

Hi
There isn't. I don't think MSI assumes a failure of it. Or maybe it's not something user should ever replace themselves (who knows what they've done exactly).
You most likely need to remove the VRM heatsink and everything around it, and that should get you access to the fan.
