Memory installation problem! :(

Hello everyone, glad to be here!

I bought some Corsair Vengeance RBG DDR5 Memory (16x2 up to 6000MT/s) for my Msi Aegis R2 AI Gaming Desktop: Intel Core Ultra 9 285. I don't have any overlocking profiles set (XMP, ect)

After about 1 hour or so, the computer completely freezes and crashes. I have to power it down and restart it. A link to the memory; CORSAIR Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) Up to 6000MHz CL36-44-44-96 1.35V Intel XMP 3.0 Computer Memory – Black (CMH32GX5M2E6000C36).

I have installed the memory properly and am not getting any RAM position errors during bootup.

Does anyone have any suggestions that I might try? Mem test is showing no issues thus far? Could I be missing a setting on the motherboard? Any suggestiosn would be greatly appreciated!

did you remove the old memory? do you experience any problem with old memory? why you suspect it's the problem of that memory?
