Memory not running in dual channel , help !

Hey all , ive checked all i can think of , even the MSI memory tool shows
the memory as being great ! And thoughts on this one ? Everything is up to date and
working half ok except this and a something unrelated to memory . Any thoughts would be great !

Which mem slots did you use and what tool are you using to determine that its not dual channel ?

They should be in the 2 blue slots going by the manual.
